| RESERVATION PROCEDURES: |
1. GUARANTEE BOOKING: A reservation is legal only when:
The hotel can charge 30% of the total booking amount (non-refundable) on the provided credit card. Otherwise the hotel reserves the right to automatically release this reservation.
2. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
- Check-in time: 14.00
- Check-out time: 12.00
- Late check-out:
- Before 18.00: Half day charge (50% of room rate)
- After 18.00: Full day charge (100% of room rate)
- Early check-in: Before 08.00: Full day charge (100% of room rate)
3. CANCELLATION CHARGES:
- Any amendment, modification or cancellation made after 07 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booked rooms.
- Any amendment, modification or cancellation made after 03 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booked rooms.
4. CONCESSIONARY:
No additional charges for children less than 08 years, if sharing room with parent(s) and utilizing the existing beds. Extra Bed for 01 person will be charged US$20++/Night.
5. RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Any reservation, amendment, modification or cancellation must be in writing and notified by fax or e-mail directly to the Reservation Department of FLOWER GARDEN HOTEL at the following contact number within 48 hours:

6. HOTEL REQUIREMENT:
Customers are required to enclose a clear photocopy of the front and back of the actual credit card, photo identification showing an authentic signature as it appears on the card as well as the confirmation letter with the signature by fax or email to the hotel.
Guest will be required to show photo identification at check-in.
