RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

1. GUARANTEE BOOKING: A reservation is legal only when:

The hotel can charge 30% of the total booking amount (non-refundable) on the provided credit card. Otherwise the hotel reserves the right to automatically release this reservation.

2. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

• Check-in time: 14.00
• Check-out time: 12.00
• Late check-out:
  • Before 18.00: Half day charge (50% of room rate)
  • After 18.00: Full day charge (100% of room rate)
• Early check-in: Before 08.00: Full day charge (100% of room rate)

3. CANCELLATION CHARGES:

• Any amendment, modification or cancellation made after 07 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booked rooms.
• Any amendment, modification or cancellation made after 03 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booked rooms.

4. CONCESSIONARY:

No additional charges for children less than 08 years, if sharing room with parent(s) and utilizing the existing beds. Extra Bed for 01 person will be charged US$20++/Night.

5. RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

Any reservation, amendment, modification or cancellation must be in writing and notified by fax or e-mail directly to the Reservation Department of FLOWER GARDEN HOTEL at the following contact number within 48 hours:
